1. Total cost, not only the rate per bottle
Add up the rate, any delivery charge, the minimum order and the security deposit. Our rates include delivery and there is no minimum order. Deposits are Rs 1,250 for regular supply, Rs 1,000 for the monthly advance plan and Rs 850 for the weekly offer and corporate supply. See the rates page.
2. A schedule you can plan around
Ask for a delivery day and what happens on holidays. We deliver Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, assigned by area and route. Orders are accepted from 6 AM to 6 PM.
3. Written bottle records
Bottles go in and out, so you need a record. We send an automated WhatsApp message after every delivery with bottles supplied, bottles exchanged and your balance, instead of paper receipts that get lost.
4. A clear exchange and deposit policy
Ask how empties are handled and when the deposit comes back. With us empties go back on delivery and the deposit is returned within 4 to 5 days after the account is closed. How exchange and deposits work.
5. Payment options
Cash, bank transfer and digital wallet.
6. A person to reach
Support should answer when stock runs low. Ours is available 8 AM to 10 PM every day, including Sunday.
7. Water information you can read

8. A way to try before you commit

If you are choosing for an office
- Agree on a fixed day and who receives the bottles.
- Check the records can be shared with your admin or finance team.
- Make sure quantities can change when headcount does.
