Ordering and delivery
What is your delivery schedule?
Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Sunday is off. Orders are accepted from 6 AM to 6 PM. We deliver the same day where possible, otherwise we confirm the day for your area and route.
How do I order 19L water in Karachi?
Message us on WhatsApp at 0300-1732751 or use the order form. The form opens WhatsApp with your details filled in.
Can I try the water before choosing a plan?
Yes. Ask for the 3 bottles free trial. Our team confirms eligibility on WhatsApp.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver all over Karachi. Send your area or society name on WhatsApp and we confirm your delivery day. See the delivery page.
Do I need to order a minimum number of bottles or pay delivery charges?
No minimum order and no delivery charge. Delivery is already included in every rate.
How do I cancel an order or pause my plan?
Tell us before your delivery, on WhatsApp or by phone, and we take care of it.
Rates, plans and deposit
How much does a 19L bottle cost?
The regular rate is Rs 195 per bottle, delivery included, with a Rs 1,250 security deposit. All plans are listed on the rates page.
Which plan is cheapest for me?
A household taking 10+ bottles a week: the weekly offer at Rs 170. Steady use paid in advance: monthly advance at Rs 177. Occasional use: regular supply at Rs 195. Offices and businesses: corporate supply at Rs 160. See the monthly cost worked out.
What is the security deposit, and when do I get it back?
Rs 1,250 for regular supply, Rs 1,000 for the monthly advance plan and Rs 850 for the weekly offer and corporate supply. It is returned within 4 to 5 days after your account is closed.
How can I pay?
By cash, bank transfer or digital wallet.
Bottles and records
Do you provide a water dispenser or pump?
Yes. We can provide a water dispenser and a water pump on request. Message us on WhatsApp for availability and details.
How does the empty bottle exchange work?
We take your empties back when we bring full bottles, and send a WhatsApp update after every delivery with the bottles supplied, exchanged and your balance. We do not use paper receipts.
How long does one 19L bottle last?
Roughly 5 to 9 days for a household of 2 and 2 to 4 days for a household of 5. These are estimates. Read the guide.
Offices and events
Do you supply offices and businesses?
Yes, at Rs 160 per bottle with a Rs 850 deposit, delivered weekly or monthly on a fixed route. See corporate supply.
Can you supply bottles for a wedding or event?
Yes. Send the date and number of bottles and we confirm. Work out the number.
Our water
How is Pearl Voda water treated?
Our water is drawn from a borehole and goes through 12 stages, including filtration, reverse osmosis (RO), mineral balancing, UV sterilization, bottle cleaning, hygienic filling and a final check. See our water.
What is the TDS and mineral content of the water?
Treated water is maintained within 120-180 ppm TDS, subject to routine monitoring. TDS alone does not prove water is safe, so the bottle label also prints the full composition in ppm. What TDS means.
